Confined Space Entry
Course Description
This course is designed to develop the participant's:
- Awareness of the risks associated with Confined Space Entry
- Knowledge of Confined Space Entry safe work practices
- Understanding of the control measures required while working in Confined Space Entry
Training shall consist of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive, video, written material). Each candidate will undergo a theory assesment (multiple-choice questions) at the end of the course.

- Knowledge of confined space hazards
- Understanding of the required control measures
- Entry watch requirement, role and responsibilities
- Gas testing requirements
- Emergency & rescue
- Documentation
- Take into consideration environmental conditions
